Electricity Requests

To ensure proper planning, electricity must be requested during registration.
Please note:
• Only LED lighting under 5 amps permitted
• No halogen lights, compressors, or heavy-duty equipment
• Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords

Outdoor Exhibitor Space

We know some vendors used to showcase large items outdoors — cranes, equipment, storage pods, trailers, and specialty vehicles — and may have stepped away since outdoor space is no longer available due to parking restrictions.

Even if you can’t bring the full-size equipment, we’ve seen excellent success from companies who transitioned indoors with:

• Video displays

• Project photo boards

• Scale models

• Samples

• Digital presentations

• QR code tours and demos

These setups often lead to longer, more engaged conversations with attendees than outdoor displays did — and many past outdoor exhibitors now prefer indoor booths for that reason.
